Faith, Belief in God, Atheism, Miracles

 

 

 

The Lord asks: Do you see what I see? Do you hear what I hear?

 

Look and you will see (JRE Link, 2016-1208 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Listen and you will hear.

 

Love and you will feel (JRE Link, 2016-1208 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Believe and you will have faith.

 

Faith is the stepping stone to a greater knowledge of God. To know Jesus Christ is to love
Him (JRE Link, 2017-0518 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Faith unleashes the powers of heaven (JRE Link, 2018-0612 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

Faith leads to a mountain of evidence.

 

Faith in Jesus Christ is for non-Christians, too (JRE Link, 2017-0128 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

Be sky-high in your faith. Every so often you will see something spectacular (JRE Link, 2018-0301 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Faith comes through obedience to God. Doubt comes through disobedience to God (JRE Link, 2017-0201 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Find the courage to believe, even when others don't.

 

Faith and miracles are a happy man's livelihood.

 

Hoping for a miracle, expecting a miracle, believing that a miracle will come (JRE Link, 2017-0703 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

The Lord will happily bring to pass miracles in our lives. The only question is when and
how, and in what scale and frequency (JRE Link, 2018-0204 (Sun), COM-STR2).

 

What miracle is too great? Make a list of all the things the Lord can't do (JRE Link, 2017-1031 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

A quick miracle follows powerful faith.

 

Here are the broken fishes to share with the multitude. The miracle of God is right here
before your eyes (JRE Link, 2018-0911 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

Miracles are worth the price of admission. The price of admission is faith (JRE Link, 2018-1209 (Sun), WSE-MAIN).

 

Fill the world with miracles through faith. There is no ceiling of miracles for the faithful
members of the Church (JRE Link, 2017-0220 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

Be a saint, a Latter-day Saint through and through. Bring miracles with you into the
public square. Many will believe (JRE Link, 2017-0428 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Go ahead and leak miracles of God to the press (JRE Link, 2018-0131 (Wed), WSE-MAIN).

 

Every time you want to do something great, the people doubt––We deny, deny. We want
proof, proof. The still, small voice of the Spirit is beneath the range of their ears. But don't let
other people's problems undermine your faith (JRE Link, 2017-0424 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

Fight skepticism. There is no way for you to know everything. Just learn and grow on
what you know (JRE Link, 2016-1216 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Let me ask all people of the world—Do you think the truth of religion to guide you exists
in the world? Is it knowable? And by what method do you seek out this truth? Can it be obtained
through faith in God?

 

Professors can learn faith. Professors hope for things not seen.

 

The Holy Ghost is more than a match for rational thinking.

 

Incredible reasoning—that's the Spirit's domain (JRE Link, 2022-0118 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

Plato can think, but the Spirit knows more (JRE Link, 2022-0223 (Wed), WSE-MAIN).

 

The Spirit will brief you on the facts (JRE Link, 2017-0202 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

The Spirit provides easy brilliance to inventors, musicians, artists, writers, and so forth.

 

"I think I have an idea for you," says the Spirit to an inventor.

 

"I've seen it all. What I know is beyond the understanding of scientists."

 

The future is the gospel. Science and technology are important, but the gospel of Jesus
Christ is what the future of mankind is all about.

The Spirit sees the whole of reality. Science sees just glimpses.

 

A full picture of reality—the Spirit can provide this to you step by step. However, a child
of God can't see all that the Spirit can see; therefore, humility and the faith to learn—and not a
perfect knowledge up front—will be needed.

 

The Spirit has unlimited persuasive power.

 

With respect to light and truth, there is no competing with the Spirit of God (JRE Link, 2019-0702 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

The Spirit of God is far beyond the genius level. So, you need to pay attention to Him and
follow His counsel.

 

God answers the "why" questions that science cannot.

 

Why the earth was created is much more important for mankind to know than how it was
created.

 

The important work being done every day in this world—and in the other worlds of a
similar nature that exist among God's countless creations—in the training, testing, and
preparation of souls for eternal life, is the great, overriding purpose of the universe.
Cosmologists, astronomers, mathematicians, physicists, philosophers, etc., need to come to grips
with this.

 

Questions about the universe can be contemplated, and then answered by the Spirit, line
upon line, over time, but it's the issues particular to the salvation of souls that take precedence
with the Lord and His servants on earth (JRE Link, 2021-0920 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

God provides science the tools she needs to do her supporting work for mankind.

 

The Lord is an expert in everything. He is happy to help scientists solve the problems
they encounter in their research while at work, and He is happy to help scientists solve the
problems in their personal lives when they return home for the day (JRE Link, 2018-0118 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

God is good at wisdom. God likes reasoning (JRE Link, 2018-1122 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

God is the master of all things, not just some things.

 

God doesn't need to argue with anyone. He has the truth on His side.

 

Where do the good tidings for the world come from? They come from God (JRE Link, 2016-1201 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

"My name is Good... the good God," says God to the people of earth.

 

"I want to help people, not turn them against that which is good.

"Much life-saving work I do. Much life-changing work I do."

 

Acknowledge the miracles of God in human history, please. They are plentiful and hard
to miss.

 

The Founding Fathers coming together in 1776 to establish a great nation, and to set the
foundation for freedom throughout the world, was not an accident of nature.

 

America... a miracle.

 

What caused the Wall of Jericho to fall? What caused the Berlin Wall to fall? (JRE Link, 2018-0529 (Tue), COM-STR2)

 

Tear down this wall of unbelief (JRE Link, 2017-0128 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

Stop tearing down people's faith in God and start building it up.

 

Commune with the creator of the world. Peace will follow you everywhere you go.

 

Hearing is given to those who believe. The sacred "I AM" is spoken to them.

 

There are so many invented reasons of mankind not to love God. Just lay them aside.

 

Your winds of hope are tempered because of unbelief (JRE Link, 2018-0805 (Sun), COM-STR2).

 

Unbelief is the means toward unfulfilled dreams. (JRE Link, 2017-0302 (Thu), COM-STR2)

 

Unbelief––a common misconception about the existence of God that is easily resolvable
through prayer (JRE Link, 2019-1002 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Unbelief is an untenable position.

 

Unbelief has no redeeming qualities (JRE Link, 2019-0702 (Tue), WSE-MAIN).

 

Unbelief will be your downfall (JRE Link, 2019-0329 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Unbelief is toxic, quickly hurting the others around you.

 

Unbelief is tragic––you will lose everything (JRE Link, 2019-0702 (Tue), WSE-MAIN).

 

Your attack on faith is foolhardy. It undermines your own salvation.

 

The prospects for the skeptic in the world to come are very dim (JRE Link, 2018-0802 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Stop strutting around in unbelief. Humble yourselves before me (JRE Link, 2017-0609 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

You're very educated, but I'm God. There's a difference.

 

There is a willingness to believe among the humble people of the earth, but not among
the proud. Which of these are you?

 

The poor lean heavily on God to make it through the day. The rich and the wise in their
own sight? Seldom, if at all (JRE Link, 2021-0913 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

Evil in the world—You say that God is doing nothing?

 

"We are good," say the people of the world, in response to that question. "The goodness
of God is present everywhere throughout our lives every day, in spite of all the challenges."

 

Bad happens. Evil is necessary for agency (JRE Link, 2021-0724 (Sat), WSE-MAIN).

 

Eliminating evil—there is no easy way to do that, unfortunately. Men and women must
be free to choose their actions and decide what they want to be in life. Eternity awaits those
decisions.

 

Everything that can be done from the heaven side is being done. Check with the Father
and Jesus on that. It's the earthy side that's lacking.

 

Being more like Christ is the name of the game. That's what the world needs most from
every one of us.

 

The believer is the hero in life. The unbeliever is the person who needs to be rescued (JRE Link, 2018-0801 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

There is no value in embracing the teachings of Korihor. Atheists should not follow his
bad example (JRE Link, 2017-1121 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

The unbeliever doesn't realize how wrong he is because the Spirit of the Lord is close by,
almost touching him. If only he knew.

 

Unbelievers shake as the truth is spoken and the Spirit of God penetrates their hearts.

 

The Holy Ghost speaks to the unbeliever saying––I bear you my witness (JRE Link, 2019-0329 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Throw down your staff at the feet of the unbelievers.

 

They’re the crazy ones if they don’t believe. The words they disagree with are
nonetheless true (JRE Link, 2017-0924 (Sun), COM-STR2).

 

Glory is theirs if they want it, and untold blessings. But they must repent and believe in
God like everyone else (JRE Link, 2017-0727 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

There are doubting Thomases all over the world.

The agnostic exclaims: I know nothing! I see nothing!

 

The unbeliever says: Faith is nothing. Doubt and hopelessness are everything (JRE Link, 2018-0606 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Faith in God lifts you up and fills your soul with the Holy Spirit. Unbelief is
demoralizing, leaving your soul empty and unfulfilled (JRE Link, 2018-0802 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Being righteous and obeying the commandments of God will feel natural to you. It is
unbelief and wickedness that go against the grain, making your life difficult, and leaving you
fully depressed in the end.

 

Men often do not fear God, but they will always fear evil, living in fear of the acts of evil
men, religious and nonreligious both. Thus, although unaware, even the atheist believes and has
faith, but his faith is in the evil of men, not in the goodness of God.

 

Why is evil so prevalent in the world? Don't we all want to be good and righteous
people? Don't we all want to be saved in the kingdom of God? (JRE Link, 2018-0112 (Fri), COM-STR2)

 

Don't be satisfied with agnosticism, atheism, or uncertainty in your chosen or inherited
religious beliefs. There are great advantages in life to knowing the truth of God.

 

Atheism rings hollow in the end. The existence of God will be painfully obvious (JRE Link, 2018-0620 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

The avowed atheist has knowledge of a kind, but not wisdom.

 

Atheism has enough questions, but no answers.

 

What are the last words of a dying atheist? (JRE Link, 2018-0528 (Mon), COM-STR2)

 

To die with dignity, but to die without hope. Entering the eternal world unprepared (JRE Link, 2018-0528 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

The hardened atheist says these words––I wouldn't change my life even if I saw a sign
from God (JRE Link, 2019-0505 (Sun), COM-STR2).

 

Don't be fooled. Atheism is its own religion with its own believers (JRE Link, 2019-0329 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Through sleight of hand, and some carefully chosen words, atheism hides its belief in an
atheist God (JRE Link, 2019-0329 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Atheists believe in a great nothing. A universe having no overriding purpose in its
existence is exactly that—a great nothing (JRE Link, 2019-0518 (Sat), WSE-MAIN).

 

An atheist/humanist may be strong in debate, and have good character, but he is still
living a lie (JRE Link, 2020-1004 (Sun), COM-STR2).

The great atheists of the world are very formidable characters, but they are enemies to
God and must repent (JRE Link, 2021-1210 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

To the atheist:

 

The path you have chosen is taking you away from God. An eternity of low expectations
awaits.

 

Your contributions to mankind will increase dramatically as you move from atheism to
theism. Atheism is simply not true.

 

Your brilliance in philosophy, cosmology, evolution, world religions, etc. is not wasted.
Just turn your great knowledge around in these areas and direct it towards its intended use by
God.

 

Let's not be working at cross-purposes. The truth is everybody's friend.

 

Did you try in the past to get an answer from God? If so, why not try again now? The
wonderful fruits of sincere faith will surprise you.

 

You need more heart to establish a testimony of God in your life, not just a mechanical
search for truth.

 

I understand that you want to see a sign from heaven, but your Heavenly Father wants
you to learn faith. Through faith, you can become an instrument in the hands of God to do
miracles and bless the lives of others. That is your calling in life, and you will see signs.

 

The Lord asks the atheist:

 

I must tailor the requirements of the gospel to fit your particular needs?

 

Or is it the other way around—You, the atheist, must obey the laws of heaven that apply
to everyone?

 

Wouldn't you agree that the righteous man who obeys the commandments of God on
faith alone, without a perfect knowledge of things, deserves a far greater weight of eternal glory
than you if you don't repent?

 

The Spirit overcomes atheism's deepest doubts (JRE Link, 2018-1219 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

The words of the Spirit make for a better mind. You will receive the wisest of counsels,
guaranteed!

The fact remains... after an unbeliever is done speaking all that he has to say, the Spirit is
still there waiting for him, ready to confirm the existence of God (JRE Link, 2021-0724 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

"I ignorant," says the atheist, after hearing the voice of the Holy Ghost for the first time.

 

An atheist speaks to another atheist, saying, "I don't believe, and you don't believe;
therefore, we are hardened in our unbelief and ready for the eternal world."

 

Endless paradise—atheists are going to miss out on this if they don't repent, settling for
something far less grand (JRE Link, 2021-0527 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Damned and diminished—the unrepentant atheist's eternal outlook.

 

Check in with Laman. Ask him what he's doing now. It's probably been a lone and dreary
existence for him over the last 2600 years. But life choices do have consequences. Being a
devout unbeliever and murmuring repeatedly against Nephi (and even seeking to take his life)
was a terrible use of his free agency (JRE Link, 2022-0226 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

The atheist will be resurrected. What comes after that depends on him and what he does
in his life now (JRE Link, 2017-1123 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

A repentant atheist awakens Resurrection morning and says, "I'm so glad God exists, and
I'm so glad I repented!"

 

Atheists hope that their disobedience to God will go unpunished in this life and the next.
Time is their enemy.

 

At last, unbelief is defeated as the Savior arrives for the second time. But will it be too
late for you and your atheist friends?

 

God asks this question to the atheist––What is your moral character in the eternal scheme
of things? (JRE Link, 2019-0505 (Sun), COM-STR2)

 

The discoveries of modern science pale in comparison to the works of God that fill the
universe (JRE Link, 2017-0802 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Righteous men and women on earth are God's greatest achievement and His greatest joy (JRE Link, 2017-0802 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Man, who art thou?––A created work only (JRE Link, 2016-1201 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

And who is God that I should know him?––The creator of heaven and earth (JRE Link, 2016-1201 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

This is a great system, a great universe we are a part of. Is it not reasonable then to
assume there is a greater power, a greater intelligence than our own?

 

Man's prominent role on earth is not coincidental. Intelligence is everything (JRE Link, 2018-0608 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

The design of creation. The beautiful Earth. Leave it to God to do something wonderful.

 

Everything has a design (JRE Link, 2016-0704 (Mon), WSE-ACT).

 

The Lord Jesus Christ proclaims: I am the god of the gaps. I am the evidence. I was
precedented by the Father.

 

I was born there on earth in humility.

 

I received the gall (JRE Link, 2022-0121 (Fri), WSE-PRO).

 

I died. The humble remember me and what I did (JRE Link, 2022-0601 (Wed), WSE-MAIN).

 

In fact, I was resurrected (JRE Link, 2020-0217 (Mon), WSE-THO).

 

I will leave exhaustive evidence the next time.

 

I speak "I AM" to the planet, to all inhabitants of the earth.

God asks science: You have things you want to teach me about the creation of the earth
and the universe? (JRE Link, 2021-0503 (Mon), COM-STR2)

 

God speaks with a sure knowledge of things. Unlike science, he doesn't rely on
assumptions (JRE Link, 2021-0503 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

The works of God are not impossible. Repent of your sins and you will believe in
miracles (JRE Link, 2017-0302 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Sometimes you have to see it to believe it. The shock of knowing the truth will follow in
that case. A righteous man believes without needing to see a sign first.

 

As the learned men and women of this unbelieving world, we will ask tough questions of
the Savior at the last day and then nail Him down on the answers (JRE Link, 2019-0118 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Science does not uphold Christ. That's a problem (JRE Link, 2021-0101 (Fri), WSE-MAIN).

 

Ambivalence is her downfall.

 

Scientists always choose to believe that which is convenient (JRE Link, 2017-0106 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

Out of view doesn't mean there is no evidence (JRE Link, 2016-1125 (Fri), WSE-MAIN).

 

The Spirit speaks to the scientist saying––You ain't seen nothing yet.

 

The glory of the unknown, the unfathomable––the Spirit of God can see what the great
minds of this world cannot (JRE Link, 2017-1211 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

See the universe. See all. The Spirit will open your eyes to all of God's creations, worlds
without number (JRE Link, 2018-1215 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

You're talking about what's in books. I'm talking about the truth that's bestowed upon
man directly from heaven (JRE Link, 2017-1005 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

There is no such thing as a spiritual genius. The Spirit of God is pure intelligence. Man is
nothing.

 

Pure intelligence is most enlightening (JRE Link, 2018-1218 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

The knowledge of God is a force to be reckoned with (JRE Link, 2018-1218 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

The creator of the earth decides when, how, and in what order artifacts of the ancient
world are made visible to archeologists, and, with that, what general level of technology is
revealed to man step by step. The development of faith among the people of the earth is the
prime consideration for how this rollout of knowledge occurs (JRE Link, 2018-0409 (Mon), COM-STR2).

The historical record known to man provides only mere glimpse of ancient times (JRE Link, 2022-0504 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

There will always be breakthroughs in technology. The Lord will see to that.

 

The power of men to do good is what lifts civilization, accelerating technological
advances, and bringing economic prosperity more and more into the world (JRE Link, 2018-0129 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

The scientific method alone will not lead you to eternal life. Faith in God is required.
Obedience to the commandments is required (JRE Link, 2018-0208 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Your facts-based approach in life will be faith-promoting. Guiding revelation from
heaven is facts-based (JRE Link, 2018-0914 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

All the answers are there. Revelation will guide us. So much knowledge from heaven for
us to discover and enjoy (JRE Link, 2018-0928 (Fri), COM-STR2).

 

We're bursting with knowledge. Knowledge of God is taking us higher (JRE Link, 2018-0922 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

Spiritual knowledge is the most important knowledge of all––the plan of salvation (JRE Link, 2018-0718 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

The plan of salvation for mankind is based on the principles of free agency, opportunity,
and deferred rewards (JRE Link, 2017-0612 (Mon), COM-STR2).

 

The plan of salvation is glorious.

 

Faith in God is glorious. Your eyes are filled with light. Your life is filled with good
works (JRE Link, 2018-0714 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

Man's conscience is grounded in heavenly principles. Belief in God is instinctive. Belief
in an afterlife is natural and just common sense (JRE Link, 2018-0717 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

Forever consciousness (JRE Link, 2019-0321 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Consciousness is a soul (JRE Link, 2019-0321 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Consciousness is a tool for managing the human body (JRE Link, 2019-0321 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

You're not a tree. You're not an animal. You’re a class of being that discerns truth (JRE Link, 2019-0321 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Contemplation is the exercise of the soul (JRE Link, 2019-0321 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

 

Every soul is unique. There is much the world doesn't know about the preexistence (JRE Link, 2019-0401 (Mon), WSE-MAIN).

 

Believe in the eternal... in the eternal nature of things (JRE Link, 2020-0924 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

Atheists see the Christian God as someone distant, someone imposing harsh and unjust
eternal punishments upon the people of the world. In reality, He is there with us moment by
moment, helping us, loving us, worrying about us, doing everything in His power to make us
happy now and forever. The challenge in securing eternal happiness for everyone is the free
agency of man, but that's the most important principle of all—freedom (JRE Link, 2021-0929 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Without God in the universe, and without an afterlife for everyone still to come, there
would be no light at the end of the tunnel for humanity. All would be darkness before us.

 

If atheism were true, that would be a bad thing, not a good thing for the world. It presents
a pretty bleak future for everyone––no soul in man, no resurrection, no life after death, no eternal
life, no eternal justice, and a civilized world that is hanging by a thread, predisposed at any
moment to be purged by the mindless invisible hand of nature. And once the earth has passed
away, there would be no one left to appreciate all that was done (JRE Link, 2018-0208 (Thu), COM-STR2).

 

Consider the countless victims of evil acts throughout the history of the earth. Who
speaks for them in the final analysis? How can they possibly expect to receive redress from the
crimes committed against them if we live in a godless universe? Archaeologists may discover
their bones as they dig up the earth, but can archaeologists provide restitution to these innocent
beings for what they suffered during their lives at the hands of men? Do the good and evil acts of
men truly matter in the end or just their bones?

 

True justice requires God and is something that can only be brought to pass in the eternal
world after this life. Humanism has no understanding of this great and important principle.

 

Without eternal justice, there is no justice (JRE Link, 2023-0605 (Mon), WSE-MAIN).

 

Through the power of God, justice will be done (JRE Link, 2018-0714 (Sat), COM-STR2).

 

He lives! The god of our fathers lives! Fortunately for us, the disposition of the souls of
men for all eternity is not left in the hands of humanists (JRE Link, 2019-0212 (Tue), COM-STR2).

 

Ignore the words of humanists with respect to life after death. They have no clue (JRE Link, 2019-0116 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Humanists have a worldview that doesn't match up with the Lord's (JRE Link, 2022-0420 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Humanists try to make the best out of a bad ideology... an ideology founded on the false
assumptions of atheism (JRE Link, 2022-0420 (Wed), COM-STR2).

 

Humanism is not the way forward. The truth of God is the truth (JRE Link, 2018-0617 (Sun), COM-STR2).

 

Truth is not invented by man. Truth is discovered. Truth is revealed.

 

Truth is perfect revelation, not perfect science (JRE Link, 2018-1006 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Powerful men of this world are made weak when confronted with revelation.
