Anger, Sin & Repentence, Wickedness

Don't let powerful emotions take you off course. Bridle your passions. Control your

Automatic anger in response to life's problems––that's not the way.

Calm down when you are angry, then repent (JRE Link, 2017-0602 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Losing your temper. Losing the Spirit. See the pattern here?

Win the battle with anger in the first few moments. Don't wait for your heart to harden (JRE Link, 2018-1120 (Tue), COM-STR2).

The best day is an even-tempered day, without becoming angry over something. That's
what a righteous man or woman will do.

Be holy, not angry (JRE Link, 2019-1221 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Don't be carried about by the winds of anger (JRE Link, 2017-1102 (Thu), COM-STR2).

Anger leads to sadness (JRE Link, 2017-0521 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Flashes of anger create havoc in family relationships and among friends.

I love you, I forgive you––there are no better words in marriage to cool your temper and
end an argument quickly on a good note (JRE Link, 2017-0507 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Be the person least likely to get into an argument.

Please come home. Be one with me. Be one with the Church. Be one with the truth (JRE Link, 2017-0718 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Look around you. The signs are there. A marvelous church and a wonder! (JRE Link, 2017-0129 (Sun), COM-STR2)

Get a clean plate and come back to the banquet table of Zion (JRE Link, 2017-0420 (Thu), COM-STR2).

There is love in the paradise of Zion. You will hear the music of heaven.

Sing the song of Zion joyfully. Angels will join in (JRE Link, 2017-0530 (Tue), COM-STR2).

You'll not be able to control your crying, so happy you will be (JRE Link, 2016-1224 (Sat), WSE-MAIN).

Apostasy from the Church is not the solution to your problems in life.

And sin is not the solution to your problems either. It only adds to them.

Sinful activity brings people together in misery. Take a vacation from sin (JRE Link, 2017-0121 (Sat), COM-STR2).

The antidote for sin is not more sin (JRE Link, 2017-0420 (Thu), COM-STR2).

Sin is diabolical in nature (JRE Link, 2017-0906 (Wed), COM-STR2).

Sin is like the plague, destroying all lives in its path.

Sin is like kryptonite, robbing us of our spiritual strength and self-esteem (JRE Link, 2017-0716 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Sin provides negative self-fulfillment (JRE Link, 2017-0716 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Sin does not lead to a blissful life. It leads to depression. The greater the sin, the greater

Cure yourself of sin. Cure the world of sin (JRE Link, 2017-0824 (Thu), COM-STR2).

There are two types of sin––the bad, and the really bad. Stay away from both of them (JRE Link, 2017-0714 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Don't play with sin. Don't buy sin. Don't go places to sin. (JRE Link, 2017-0707 (Fri), COM-STR2)

Don't call upon sin. If sin calls, hang up (JRE Link, 2018-1208 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Friends who encourage you to break the commandments are already failing in their own
lives. Pay no heed to them.

Pause evil in your life. There is nothing on earth worth losing your eternal salvation (JRE Link, 2017-0923 (Sat), COM-STR2).

You'd better repent.

Imagine the horror of realizing that the chance for repentance has passed you by and your
soul is not saved (JRE Link, 2017-0612 (Mon), COM-STR2).

You suddenly realize what great blessings you could have enjoyed for the eternities that
are lost to you (JRE Link, 2017-0612 (Mon), COM-STR2).

I hate being limited in my eternal progression. I wish I would have obeyed the
commandments while still on earth (JRE Link, 2017-1219 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Sinners know—or have a sense of—what awaits them in the eternal world, and it's not
good. So why in the heck don't they repent?

We will be jeopardized by a life of sin. The end result can't be anything good for us (JRE Link, 2017-1026 (Thu), COM-STR2).

We're blind to the important things of life... like the importance of our own salvation (JRE Link, 2019-0919 (Thu), COM-STR2).

I suppose you are right. I suppose we are wrong. The only thing left for us to do is repent (JRE Link, 2019-0518 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Embarrassment for a life of sin will rise with you in the resurrection (JRE Link, 2019-0206 (Wed), COM-STR2).

You have a grave misunderstanding about the consequences of sin.

Another tomb––don't be just another person who has died in their sins.

The bitterness of sin––staring into the abyss of eternity (JRE Link, 2017-0623 (Fri), WSE-MAIN).

The sorrow of the unrighteousness will be bitter and long-lasting––a vast, dark ocean of
loneliness and despair. Repent and avoid such things.

You are far away from righteousness, and the end of days is near (JRE Link, 2017-0529 (Mon), COM-STR2).

The pressure is mounting. The days available for you to repent are counting down (JRE Link, 2019-0114 (Mon), COM-STR2).

If you don't turn around, death will soon overtake you in your sinful state (JRE Link, 2019-0130 (Wed), COM-STR2).

The two sides of time—Those who are righteous are on the good side of time. Those who
still need to repent are on the bad side of time.

Don't wait for the second trump to be sounded in the heavens before you repent. It will be
far too late.

You need a sense of urgency in your repentence.

It's your choice—you can go to heaven or you can go to hell.

This way—the way of the Lord. Not your way in life.

Let's talk about the future. Let's talk about your salvation.

I don't see any problems for you. All you need to do is live righteously starting today to
be saved.

Or you can wait for another offer to come along. Satan's offer includes significant
restrictions of your opportunities in the eternal world.

The sincere prayer of a wicked man is a good start. Repentance is at the doors (JRE Link, 2019-0126 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Be your Lord and Savior's eternal friend. Show your love for Him by repenting (JRE Link, 2018-0312 (Mon), COM-STR2).

The great moment of repentance and big changes in your life—let it be now (JRE Link, 2022-0102 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Repent. The world awaits your rebirth into righteousness.

The world is wonderful again after repentance.

If you disobey the commandments, happiness will be taken off the table for you until you

Humility will make repentance so much easier for you. A humble man kneels before God
and is willing to change.

Remember, repentance must be heartfelt. So, don't repent frivolously.

I want to repent of my sins, not because of what others around me may think, but because
of the way I feel inside.

Don't teeter back and forth between sin and righteousness. Choose righteousness now and
then stay on that path.

You've asked her forgiveness, but are you fully repentant?

You still have one foot in the grave. Repent fully. Don't just go halfway in your

I reached such bitterness in my life, but finally I repented and discovered the peace I was
searching for.

A true repentance requires consistency––obedience over time.

You can't rescue your soul unless you fully repent. Tears flow. Sins are permanently

You're forgaven. I forgave you after you repented.

Don't be afraid of your own sins. That is what repentance is for.

Things sometimes are just exactly what they seem to be—mistakes. Acknowledge your
mistakes, repent, and move on.

Repentance—it's open to all mankind.

After repenting, you can help soften the hearts of others. Sacrificing yourself in the hope
for others is where your own salvation is found.

Find lasting forgiveness through good works. You'll wind up in church. You'll wind up in
heaven.

There’s just so much you can do to help mankind. At a certain point men just have to
choose good over evil in their lives to save the world.

The intractable nature of people and their problems when they live in wickedness (JRE Link, 2017-0714 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Wickedness is the great tempest of humanity (JRE Link, 2017-0821 (Mon), COM-STR2).

"There is no hope for a fallen people unless they repent," says the Lord.

Evil leads the world downward, and the devil laughs.

Damn cup—don't partake of that wickedness, that bitterness.

A lover of evil—one who follows Satan down to the depths of hell (JRE Link, 2018-1031 (Wed), COM-STR2).

What is it about evil that attracts you? Loss of salvation, a destroyed life, bitterness of
soul? (JRE Link, 2021-0503 (Mon), COM-STR2)

The wickedness and great evil in the world—many are slip sliding away (JRE Link, 2020-0625 (Thu), COM-STR2).

Strengthen me, Lord, to withstand all the evils of this world.

We know where evil starts within us. So, let us reverse the sinful urges and root them out
of our hearts and minds.

Quick! Depart ye from evil (JRE Link, 2019-0507 (Tue), WSE-MAIN).

Run away from evil or Satan will demonize you (JRE Link, 2018-0717 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Satan says to his followers: Obey my condemnments.

The devil and his angels—spiritual wolves (JRE Link, 2021-0805 (Thu), WSE-MAIN).

"Worship me," says Satan, already having power over some of our Heavenly Father's
children because of their evil desires, and wanting power over all.

"Become dirty with me," says Satan, tempting you to sin. Heed him not.

A theme of enjail—that's Satan's work (JRE Link, 2021-0710 (Sat), WSE-MAIN).

"The devil me made," says the evil person dying in his sins.

There is a bitter darkness in the devil's sphere of influence. That's not where you want to
live out your life (JRE Link, 2021-1216 (Thu), COM-STR2).

I want answers from you, the unrepentant. Why do you continue in sin? (JRE Link, 2018-0721 (Sat), COM-STR2)

A diminished reward awaits the unrepentant (JRE Link, 2019-0114 (Mon), COM-STR2).

You're making your own perils. Wickedness brings more and more perils into your life (JRE Link, 2019-1218 (Wed), COM-STR2).

Wickedness doesn't pay. Repentance pays (JRE Link, 2019-0605 (Wed), WSE-MAIN).

The wicked are terrified of the future. Why they don't repent is anyone's guess (JRE Link, 2020-0924 (Thu), COM-STR2).

The wicked better repent soon. There are no guarantees of a long life (JRE Link, 2017-1008 (Sun), COM-STR2).

A wicked lifestyle will come to an end sooner or later whether one repents or not.
Righteousness, in contrast, lasts forever (JRE Link, 2017-0821 (Mon), COM-STR2).

In a sinful life, failure is the only option (JRE Link, 2018-0331 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Choosing to live a sinful life is a terrible decision... a catastrophic decision, in fact (JRE Link, 2018-0331 (Sat), COM-STR2).

There will be hell to pay for a sinful life (JRE Link, 2018-0628 (Thu), COM-STR2).

A sinful life is a life of turmoil (JRE Link, 2018-0705 (Thu), COM-STR2).

A sinful life leaves you wanting (JRE Link, 2018-0628 (Thu), COM-STR2).

If thou believe, leave behind thy life of sin (JRE Link, 2019-0820 (Tue), WSE-MAIN).

There is no peace in sin.

There is no future in wickedness. It's literally a dead end (JRE Link, 2017-0821 (Mon), COM-STR2).

Wickedness is a total loss (JRE Link, 2019-0426 (Fri), WSE-MAIN).

You don't need to wait for the Final Judgment. Through wickedness, you can already
enjoy all the miseries of hell in this life (JRE Link, 2016-1211 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Your appetite is for sin. I'm warning you... repent.

Ok, go ahead and sin as you wish. Satan is waiting for you with open arms (JRE Link, 2019-0825 (Sun), WSE-MAIN).

The answer is "no." We will not repent. We want to continue in sin regardless of the
consequences.

If we choose evil, then that is our choice. We will drink from the bitter cup (JRE Link, 2022-0516 (Mon), COM-STR2).

And then we were cut off from the presence of God––the final end of our sinful lives (JRE Link, 2018-0901 (Sat), COM-STR2).

Wickedness––looking for joy in all the wrong places (JRE Link, 2017-1018 (Wed), COM-STR2).

Turn away from the evil treasures of the wicked. Don't search for treasure among the
sunken ships of the evildoers (JRE Link, 2017-0704 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Don't pass the point of no return. The path you are on is taking you further and further
away from God (JRE Link, 2018-0717 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Escape the bondage of sin. Go out through the back pass.

Sin is a ball and chain (JRE Link, 2018-1205 (Wed), COM-STR2).

At the temple, angels keep the gate. See that you are worthy to enter, and that your heart
is pure. Don't try to take a ball and chain with you (JRE Link, 2018-1205 (Wed), COM-STR2).

Don't be a done-something-wrong priesthood holder.

Flee from temptation. Flee from sin. Be like Joseph of Egypt (JRE Link, 2019-0125 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Stand firm against the temptations of the adversary. Overcome temptation and you will
succeed in life (JRE Link, 2017-0620 (Tue), COM-STR2).

Shun the advances of the evil one (JRE Link, 2017-1007 (Sat), WSE-MAIN).

Don't shadowbox with the adversary. A simple knockout blow is best (JRE Link, 2017-0716 (Sun), COM-STR2).

Lucifer's candy for the masses––sweet at first, but bitter in the end.

Get rid of the evil thoughts in your heart. The Comforter can help you soothe those evil
impulses and make them go away (JRE Link, 2017-0706 (Thu), COM-STR2).

Repent of your sins. Repent of your evil thoughts.

Avoid even the contemplation of sin. Sinful thoughts can open the floodgates of evil into
your life (JRE Link, 2017-0707 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Take control. Be assertive. Command evil thoughts to depart from your mind (JRE Link, 2019-0327 (Wed), COM-STR2).

Be double-prepared to resist temptation. That's what prayer, fasting, and reading the
scriptures are all about... preparing you for key decision points of your life.

Be a Latter-day Saint, not a latter-day sinner (JRE Link, 2018-0608 (Fri), COM-STR2).

Two life goals––saving yourself and saving others.

Don't have eyes for evil. See the good things of the world. See the opportunities to do
good that are everywhere around you.

You know how life is. There is always a temptation just around the corner when you least
expect it. Therefore, strengthen your guard and be ready (JRE Link, 2019-0217 (Sun), COM-STR2).
